An economist with a masters from George Mason University, Moore formerly served as an economic analyst for the Heritage Foundation and also as senior economist at the Joint Economic Committee of the United States Congress. He has also participated in two Presidential Commissions. Stephen Moore is the president of the Club for Growth, and a contributing writer for the National Review. He has also served as the Director of Fiscal Policy Studies for the Cato Institute and continues to serve as a Cato Senior Fellow.
